From office prep ➡️ onsite management ➡️ ~650 attendees ➡️ one very proud AMP team. 💚
The LGA Pipeline Safety Conference was a BIG one, and these pictures only captures a fraction of what went into making it happen.
Four days of education. A packed exhibit hall. Receptions. Raffles. Door prizes. An industry artifact display. An exhibit hall puzzle challenge. And countless details happening behind the scenes to create an experience that felt seamless for attendees.
Abbey, LGA’s Account Manager, led the charge with professionalism and grace from start to finish. And when it was time to get it done, our entire AMP team jumped in. Everyone had a hand in this one, and watching our team support Abbey, LGA, the board, exhibitors, speakers and attendees is exactly what partnership looks like to us.
We are also incredibly grateful for an engaged LGA Board that does not just show up. They roll up their sleeves and work right alongside us. That kind of partnership makes all the difference.
The feedback and compliments following this conference have been incredible, and we are so proud of what this team accomplished. But one of our favorite things about our team? Even after an exceptional event, we are already making notes about what we can improve, change and make even better next year.
That is association management. That is teamwork. And that is AMP in action. 💙
