We're honored to have recently presented for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's CLE program, *Decoding Cell Phone Evidence: Technology, Law, and Litigation Strategy 2026.*
One of the most rewarding parts of teaching attorneys, investigators, and legal professionals is seeing complex technical topics become practical tools that can be applied in real cases.
Some feedback from attendees included:
• "Concise, clear and practical in sharing information."
• "Very knowledgeable and organized presentation."
• "Excellent presenter — presented complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner."
• "I was very impressed with the content of the course and the knowledge of the presenter."
• "Fascinating and practical all in the same presentation."
• "Excellent overview with the right amount of detail."
Cell phone evidence continues to play an increasingly important role in litigation and investigations, but it is also one of the most misunderstood forms of digital evidence. Our goal is always to help legal professionals understand not only what the data shows, but also its limitations, potential for misinterpretation, and how it should be properly analyzed and presented.
Thank you to the Pennsylvania Bar Institute for the opportunity to share our expertise and contribute to the ongoing education of the legal community.
If your organization is interested in CLE programming, litigation support, expert witness services, or cellular analysis training, we'd be happy to connect.
