Rich, BCG owner, helping out Richard’s Donuts and Pastries… feels like this service call was meant to be. 🍩😉

After a vehicle damaged the front entrance at Richard’s Donuts on 3rd Street, our service team stepped in to help get things put back together. And when the owner stopped by BCG, he brought the deposit check... and a box of donuts as a thank you.

We’re not saying donuts are required for service calls… but they certainly don’t hurt. 😂

All jokes aside, we’re glad to be able to help another local business get their entrance back in shape. Thanks for the sweet surprise, Richard’s Donuts and Pastries!

It was an honor to support the Oregon Military Dept on this recent service project.

Working alongside the team at A-Core Inc., who expertly prepared the wall opening, our crew installed the new entrance system with smooth coordination from start to finish. Projects like these are a great reminder that successful outcomes are built through strong collaboration and communication.

As a small token of our appreciation, we were proud to offer a military discount on materials in recognition of their service to our country.

Thank you to the Oregon Military Department for the opportunity to serve those who serve us.

From construction to completion... and now, a ribbon cutting!

With the Deschutes County Courthouse ribbon cutting happening today at 3:30pm, we’re taking a look back at the progress of a project our team is proud to have been part of.

It’s rewarding to see the work of so many skilled trades and project partners come together in a space that will serve Deschutes County for years to come.

Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this important Central Oregon project to completion. We’re looking forward to celebrating this next milestone with our community!

When a customer needs us, we're ready to go — even if it's a few hours down the road.

Recently, our technician Ayo traveled to Burns to service a NABCO automatic door that wasn't operating properly. Within just a couple of days of the service request, he had the system repaired, adjusted, and back to performing the way it should.

What makes this one even more rewarding? Our team completed the original installation, and this visit was part of our continued commitment to keeping that investment operating at its best through preventative maintenance and expert service.

At BCG, our job doesn't end when the installation is complete. We stand behind our work with responsive service, detailed inspections, and local support that helps keep your doors operating safely and reliably for years to come.
