Seeing one mouse doesn’t reveal how many rodents may be present—or how they’re getting inside.
Look for additional signs in cabinets, pantries, garages, and utility areas, including droppings, gnaw marks, damaged food packaging, or nesting materials. Then check potential entry points around doors, pipes, utility lines, and other exterior openings.
Effective rodent management addresses both parts of the problem: existing activity inside the property and the access points that may allow rodents to keep entering.
A trap may catch one mouse, but identifying how rodents are getting inside is key to long-term prevention.
