This was one hell of a project and we are so happy to finally be done with most of it. We will have some dirt dumping and filling to do behind it, but all in all it turned out much better than anticipated. Moved a lot of rock, dirt and w**ds from this hill to get it ready for the new retaining wall. Very happy with the results and extremely happy to be finished. Saturday we put some new brackets under some porch stairs, took out an old wire out railing and replaced it with a new one and ended the day anchoring down a shed.

Our Sunday funday job was a retaining wall tear down and rebuild. We built 2 walls to be exact. Put some rebar in, dropped some concrete inside to hold, used some heavy duty liquid nails to lock everything together, and put some decorative flats on the top for the finish. Saturday we pulled some w**ds, removed a bunch of lava rock, transplanted some hostas, planted a couple flowers, and laid w**d barrier down. Well it has taken us about 15 hours worth of dirt removal (potentially 8-10,000 pounds. Also couldn’t get an excavator into the yard). The wall is finally chiseled and ready for retaining build. We start that today. Stay tuned because it should look pretty good when all is said and done. And for our Sunday project and last of the weekend. Our new customers had someone come and start this job, took his lunch and never returned and they got screwed out of money. That’s where Divine Shine Power Washing Landscaping & More comes in and saves the day. Got all of the path stones moved, brick path laid completely, 3/4 ton of red gravel poured in, and finally the path stones laid back down for the final touch. They seemed very pleased with the work and we will be back for more work in the near future. Chris Simpson, very nice work this weekend, good sir! And as always, thanks for looking!!!
