May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and as such, we'd like to take a moment to encourage all of you to reach out and check in on a loved one, or ask for help if you need it.

There is no shame in needing help. We are creatures built upon community, and we need each other to survive. We are not meant to go through this life by ourselves. It's okay to lean on others when times are tough.

Take care of each other 🤍
