Well today was an end to a chapter that had many happy memories for many boys and girls from the Blue Hill and surrounding area throughout the 70's 80's and 90's. The home of Bob and Doris Curtis was koolaid house to all their childrens friends for many years! They had several boys and a daughter! The meals and comfort recieved by so many of us at that home is immeasurable. I know the stories that could be told would touch your heart. Top notch cooking and a welcoming that was second to none.
The home fell victom to fire and was considerd a loss.
Today was a day of memories for Me and Im sure It was for Jonathan, Lewis and the neighbors.
Thank you to Jonathan Curtis for your confidance in letting us see your demo project to fruition and also to Lewis Tapley from Maine coast construction for the incredible job dismantling and loading this into our containers.
Here's to thinking of all the family members and remembering Bob And Doris on this day that the landscape on Billingsfield ln. Took on a bit of change.
