We were so happy to be out supporting the Will County Fire Chiefs Association at their 2nd annual golf outing, and it was such a great day!
A sold out crowd came out in full force, and thankfully the rain stayed away! Firefighters, police officers, businesses, friends, and people from throughout the community all showed up to support a great cause, with proceeds benefiting the 100 Club of Will County and Will County Fire Chiefs’ Scholarship Fund. ❤️
From Jim Cornelison singing the national anthem, to the ball drop, longest drive contest, giveaways, and some of the BEST raffle prizes we’ve seen at a golf outing, these Chiefs really knew how to put on an amazing event!
A special shout out to Laraway Communications Center. Not only did they show up to support the outing, but they also donated several awesome raffle baskets. That kind of support means so much! 👏🏼
The best part was seeing so many people come together, have a great time and support our first responders and the next generation in Will County.
A beautiful day, and incredible turnout, and a whole lot of fun for a great cause. We were honored to be there! 🇺🇸❤️

Yesterday at the “Camp I Am Me by Illinois Fire Safety Alliance” golf outing, we were reminded once again what can happen when people come together for something bigger than themselves.
People from all over the community, local businesses, firefighters, and friends, all showed up to support these incredible kids and the camp that means so much to them.
It was so nice meeting so many new people throughout the day and hearing why they chose to support “Camp I Am Me”. Everyone had their own connection and their own reason for being there, but we were all there for the same thing: the kids. ❤️
“Camp I Am Me” gives children who have been through something incredibly difficult, a chance to come together, make memories, build confidence, and just be kids. Seeing so many people and businesses rally behind them was pretty special.
We were grateful we got to be a small part of it. ⛳️❤️🔥

Yesterday we had the privilege of volunteering at the “Camp I Am Me by Illinois Fire Safety Alliance” golf outing and we wanted to know what this amazing camp means to the people who support it.

“Tacos and Tequila” was SOLD OUT an absolutely incredible!

The rain stayed away, the food was amazing, the music was great, the tequila was flowing, and the crowd was even better! ❤️

A HUGE thank you to all our Sponsors, Donors, and everyone who came out to support The Yard Foundation. And thank you to Authentico Tequila for being a tequila sponsor! 😋

We laughed, we ate, we drank tequila, and most importantly, we raised money for firefighters EVERYWHERE via the BEST charity for firefighters. 🥰

We are still accepting donations for The Yard Foundation, an incredible charity dedicated to helping firefighters and their families when they need it most. What an AMAZING day at the Palos Fire Protection District’s Open House!
We were so lucky to be invited out today, and WOW, did they bring their A-game! 🚒❤️
The kids got to take on a mini combat challenge, spray water from the hose, climb through the apparatus, check out all of the equipment, and get an up close look at what our firefighters do every day. They even put the aerial ladder up and gave everyone an awesome demonstration with one of their firefighters climbing to the top.
You could see the excitement on the kids’ faces all day long. What a fantastic way to bring the community together and give the next generation an opportunity to meet their local heroes. 🥰
A HUGE thank you to everyone at the Palos FPD for having us out and for putting together such an incredible event. You truly did a phenomenal job! It was obvious how much time, effort, and heart went into making this day such a HUGE success.
We were honored to be there and had such a great time. ❤️🚒
