Florida’s housing market continued to gain momentum in June, marking the 10th consecutive month of year-over-year sales growth.

Single-family home sales rose 9.3%, while the statewide median sale price reached a new record of $432,000. Active listings also declined 15.8%, creating the tightest inventory levels Florida has seen since 2023.

Florida's townhouse and condo market is showing renewed momentum.

Second-quarter sales increased 9% year over year, with strong activity at both ends of the market. Sales of homes priced below $200,000 climbed 18.4%, while luxury properties priced at $1 million and above saw a 29.5% increase.
