Recently our Carr Company team gathered in Delray Beach for our 2026 Sales Summit.
Our theme, Building Our Future Together, reflected what it means to be an employee-owned company. Every customer relationship, every project, every training session, and every decision contributes to the future we are building together as owners.
Over two days, we focused on strengthening relationships, aligning our strategy, sharing best practices, and identifying opportunities to finish 2026 strong. We also spent time celebrating our culture, investing in our people, and reinforcing the values that have guided Carr Company since 1967.
What stood out most was the engagement and collaboration across our entire organization. Bringing together associates from Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina created valuable conversations, fresh ideas, and a shared commitment to serving our customers and manufacturer partners at the highest level.
We are grateful to work alongside such a talented team of employee owners and excited about the opportunities ahead.
