The Role:
We are seeking a hands-on, technically skilled Irrigation Field Technician to join our team in the UAE and help us transform the future of sustainable agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous performance monitoring of irrigation systems.
- Conduct site measurements, read and interpret technical drawings, and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material estimations.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of irrigation pipes, valves, fittings, filters, pumps, and control systems during setup and routine maintenance.
- Design irrigation systems, create Irrigation CAD technical drawings, and perform hydraulic, pipe-sizing, pressure, and flow calculations.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Practical, field-oriented approach with strong technical expertise.
- 3 – 4 years of field experience in the UAE/GCC region.
- Proven background in agricultural or landscaping irrigation systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent communication skills.
Driving license mandatory.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
