A workplace injury may change someone's routine, but it doesn't have to take away their sense of purpose.

Recovery is about more than physical healing. It's also about staying connected to the people, activities, and opportunities that help each day feel meaningful.

That's why the strongest recovery journeys aren't just focused on getting back to work.
They're focused on helping individuals stay engaged, connected, and moving forward throughout the healing process.

Through Transition2Work®, injured employees can volunteer with nonprofit organizations while they recover, allowing them to continue making a positive impact, maintain a sense of routine, and stay connected to their communities.

Because purpose shouldn't be put on hold during recovery.

Every recovery journey deserves a path back to purpose.

Have you experienced a time when staying connected to a sense of purpose helped you through a challenging season? Share your story in the comments.

🖍️What started as a simple collection drive ended with a colorful impact!

During National Crayon Collection Month, our employees rallied together to support The Crayon Collection by donating unwanted crayons that will now be recycled and repurposed for children in schools, hospitals, and community programs.

We're incredibly grateful to everyone who participated and helped keep crayons out of landfills while supporting creativity and learning for children.

Thank you to our team for demonstrating that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference. 💜🌈

Eight families. Eight new homes. One big day in Ybor.

This morning, Habitat for Humanity of Tampa Bay Hillsborough broke ground on the Ybor Villas, eight new single-family homes going to local families who have completed their homeownership program. ReEmployAbility was proud to be there to celebrate alongside them.

ReEmployAbility managers Brandi Morris, Nick Howell, and Tyler Hundley represented our team at the groundbreaking, Habitat for Humanity of Tampa Bay Hillsborough Chief Executive Officer Tina Forcier, Senior Vice President of Major Gifts Jon Epps, and Event Coordinator Kyler Messina, who organized the event.

Moments like this are why we love partnering with organizations doing this kind of work in our community. Congratulations to the incoming Ybor Villas families, we can't wait to see these homes finished!

💜 What an incredible week at WCI 2026!

From injured worker engagement and return-to-work strategies to artificial intelligence and the role empathy plays in recovery, this year's discussions focused on creating better outcomes for employees and employers alike.

We were especially proud to see our Founder and CEO, Debra Livingston, participate in three educational sessions covering employee engagement, compliance, and the claims experience. We were also excited to see Abby Torres, Director of Information Technology, lead a session focused on helping organizations understand the differences between personal productivity tools and enterprise AI solutions.

It was also wonderful to have an even larger ReEmployAbility team in attendance, connecting with clients, partners, and industry professionals from across the country.

At ReEmployAbility, we see every day how meaningful work, communication, and support can help injured employees move forward during recovery. That's why we're passionate about helping people return to purpose.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to connect with us. We're grateful for the relationships strengthened and the insights shared throughout the week.

What was your biggest takeaway from WCI this year? We'd love to hear your perspective in the comments.

What can a few hours of volunteer service accomplish?

For Daeja, it meant gaining a deeper understanding of the needs facing local families and the incredible work happening behind the scenes at Bay Chapel Food Pantry.

From sorting donations to preparing food boxes, volunteers worked together to help ensure families throughout the community received needed support.

"The most rewarding part was feeling like I was making a meaningful impact in someone's life," Daeja said.

As National Food Bank Day approaches this week, we're reminded of the vital role food banks and pantries play in supporting families and strengthening communities.

Experiences like this remind us that creating positive outcomes is a community effort. Every volunteer, every donation, and every act of service helps organizations extend their impact and support more people.

Thank you to Bay Chapel Food Pantry for welcoming our team and for the difference you make every day.

Who says Secret Santa has to wait until December? 🎁

Today, our ReEmployAbility team took a break from the workday to celebrate a little holiday cheer, swapping gifts, sharing laughs, and reminding each other why we love being part of this team.

Thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make it such a fun day. This is what culture looks like at ReEmployAbility: people who show up for each other, any time of year.

What an incredible evening at the Give Kids The World Gala during WCI 2026! 💙

The ReEmployAbility leadership team was proud to join industry colleagues in supporting Give Kids The World Village and its mission to bring hope, happiness, and unforgettable experiences to children with critical illnesses and their families.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the night so special. We're grateful to be part of a community that continues to make a lasting impact both inside and outside the workplace.

WCI 2026 begins next week, and we're looking forward to a week of learning, collaboration, and community impact.

We're also proud to support the Give Kids The World Gala as part of WCI's longstanding partnership with Give Kids The World, a nonprofit that provides cost-free wish experiences for children with critical illnesses and their families.

In 2025 alone, the WCI community raised more than $165,000 for Give Kids The World Village, bringing the conference's 12-year fundraising total to more than $1.36 million.

That spirit of generosity is one of the many reasons WCI continues to be such a meaningful event for the workers' compensation community.

If you'll be attending, be sure to join ReEmployAbility Founder and CEO Debra Livingston and Director of IT Abby Torres as they share insights on important industry topics, including the growing role of artificial intelligence in our industry.

Whether you're attending a session, supporting the gala, or participating in conference events throughout the week, we'd love the opportunity to say hello.

Today, we surprised our team with positive potato trinkets because sometimes the smallest reminders can bring the biggest smiles.

At ReEmployAbility, we love finding reasons to celebrate the people who make our culture so special. Today's potatoes were a fun reminder of the positivity, support, and connection our team brings every day.

What's something small that made you smile recently? 💜
