iMount Smart Home Services is looking for MASTER CRAFTSMAN: High-Level Handymen and Handywomen (HANDYITES!). We WILL PAY TOP DOLLAR if you are the sort of individual that is PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, COMMUNICATIVE, can look a client in the eye, shake their hand and GET THE JOB DONE! Superior Level IV Handyman with 5 years of verifiable experience and 3 references. Specifically, you must be highly skilled in in-home maintenance services, TV mounting, Home Automation, rough and finish carpentry, tiling, drywall, texture, painting, decks, fences, etc. Must have a smartphone, valid driver’s license, car insurance, provide an MVR, AWD truck, and tools to match the skill level of a TRUE handyman. If you do not have a clean background, have a bad driving record, and/or do not have a minimum of two plus years of verifiable experience - please, this position is NOT for you! A high-quality Maintenance Person candidate must have any of this advanced knowledge of Tile installation, Tv mounting, Drywall repairs, Security camera installation, Smart Home installation, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and customer service knowledge. This candidate will be skilled in a wide range of areas, but they will also be able to recognize when a repair is outside of their skill set and make a recommendation to their supervisor. Maintenance Person skills and qualifications might include:
• Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
• Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems
• Strong communication skills with property management and tenants
• Self-starter with good time management skills
Job Types: Contractor
Pay: $18.00 - $100.00 per hour per experience
Benefits: W2 position
Schedule:
• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
• Bonus pay.
• Commission pay.
