A low fulfillment rate does not always mean a low fulfillment cost.

When comparing 3PLs, the numbers at the top of the proposal can make one provider look like the obvious choice. Low pick and pack rates. Competitive storage. Attractive shipping discounts.

But what happens when the invoices start coming in?

Additional fees for receiving, account management, minimums, special projects, packaging, returns, inventory handling, or other services can quickly change what that original price actually looks like.

That is why choosing a 3PL should be about more than finding the lowest rate. It should be about understanding the total cost of fulfillment and exactly what you are paying for before you sign.

Please join us in welcoming our new Vice President of Transportation to the KSP team, Laura Erchul!

With more than 35 years of experience leading teams, building businesses, solving complex operational challenges, and developing transportation and supply chain strategies, she brings a wealth of experience to KSP and our customers.

In her new role, she will lead the growth of KSP’s transportation offering, focused on building smarter, more strategic solutions that help our customers simplify complexity, improve efficiency, and keep their supply chains moving.

Throughout her career, her approach has centered around building strong people, processes, partnerships, and opportunities. That same mindset will play an important role as KSP continues expanding the ways we support our customers beyond the warehouse.

Outside of work, you may find her performing on stage at local theaters, planning her next tropical adventure, or embracing life as a Disney adult with her husband, Chad.

We’re excited to welcome her to Team KSP and even more excited for the value her leadership and experience will bring to our customers as we continue growing our transportation capabilities!

KSP was proud to support and participate in an event benefiting Rivers of Recovery, an organization that helps injured combat veterans through research-based fly-fishing recreational therapy designed to build confidence, create connection, and support recovery.

In addition to donating a prize for the event, several members of the KSP team had the opportunity to participate in the tournament and spend the day supporting an incredible cause.

A special thank you to Tracy Bailey of Beyond Benefits for hosting the event in honor of her father, a U.S. Navy veteran. Her personal connection to our veterans and commitment to giving back made the day even more meaningful.

At KSP, supporting veterans and the organizations making a difference in their lives is something that means a great deal to us. We’re grateful to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make the event a success.

Our team is growing, and so is the experience we’re able to bring to our customers. 👏

We’re excited to welcome another new Customer Experience Manager to Team KSP, Lindsey Lepak!

Continued growth has allowed us to welcome not one, but two new Customer Experience Managers this summer, adding even more experience, perspective, and support for the businesses we serve.

Lindsey joins KSP with more than 7.5 years of experience at SPS Commerce, where she helped vendors of all sizes improve efficiencies across their supply chains and customer operations. That experience has given her a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face throughout the supply chain and how the right solutions and relationships can make a difference.

At KSP, Lindsey will bring that expertise and a fresh perspective to our customers, helping them find efficient, reliable fulfillment solutions that support their growth.
Outside of work, Lindsey spent five years living in South Korea, which sparked a love for travel, different cultures, and new experiences. She’s also a big animal lover and enjoys spending time with her dog and two cats, as well as volunteering at her local animal shelter whenever she can.

We’re incredibly grateful that KSP’s continued growth has given us the opportunity to keep investing in great people who can make our team and the experience we provide our customers even stronger.

Meet one of the newest members of the KSP Fulfillment team, Ken Dagel, who recently joined us as a Customer Experience Manager!

Before joining KSP, Ken built a career around project management and problem-solving, including roles at Best Buy and Group O. At Best Buy, he helped lead large-scale retail projects across more than 1,000 store locations. He’s also spent years doing remodeling and handyman work, so whether he’s coordinating a complex project or building something with his own hands, Ken enjoys finding solutions and getting the job done.

Ken is also a U.S. Navy veteran who served during Desert Storm aboard the USS Midway. During his time in the Navy, he served with VA-196 “Main Battery,” an A-6 Intruder squadron portrayed in the movie Flight of the Intruder. That connection even gave him the opportunity to meet some of the actors involved with the film.

Family is a big part of Ken’s life. He and his wife, Jen, have been together for 35 years and have two children, both college graduates. Their daughter played Division II soccer at UMD, and their son was a college wrestler and two-time All-American.

Outside of work, Ken enjoys playing pool, camping and RVing, cycling, tackling remodeling projects, and spending time with his family and their dog, Champ.

With a career built on service, problem-solving, and connecting with people, Ken brings a lot of valuable experience to KSP. We’re excited to have him on the team and can’t wait to see what’s ahead!

Congratulations to the winner of the brand-new 2025 Indian Scout Bobber, ticket number 218!

What started as a raffle turned into something even bigger: a community coming together to make a real impact.

Thanks to everyone who bought a ticket, shared the fundraiser, and supported KSP Gives Back.

We’re proud to donate $25,000 to Folds of Honor Minnesota from the bike raffle alone, made possible by KSP Fulfillment’s generous donation of the bike and the support of Indian Motorcycle of Lakeville. On top of that, Josh’s Bun Burner 1500 raised more than $11,000 back in June.

We had the honor of presenting the check to Folds of Honor following the raffle drawing, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make it happen.

To our winner, congratulations on an amazing prize. And to everyone who participated, thank you for showing what’s possible when a community rallies behind a great cause.
