This evening, members of Brookside Engine Company No. 1 took time to reflect on the 25th anniversary of September 11th with a visit to the Morris County 9/11 Memorial.

We remember those who lost their lives, the families they left behind, and the first responders who answered the call that day.

25 years later, we will never forget. 🇺🇸

25 years later, we remember and honor all of the innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001, including the 343 firefighters who were killed in the line of duty that day.

Sadly, that number continues to grow as members of the fire service and other first responders lose their lives to illnesses caused by their service at Ground Zero and in the days and months that followed.

We remember their names, their families, their courage, and their sacrifice.

25 years later, we have not forgotten.

We Will Never Forget. 🇺🇸
