Just another day in the office last week. Nothing to see here. Definitely no grown adults walking around in Halloween costumes. Carry on. 👻

A little belated Halloween fun!

National Cat Day 🤝 Bring Your Cat to Work Day?

There’s just something about a lap cat we can’t deny. Even when said “cat” is a 400-pounder.

Our Fredonia office may be a smaller crew, but they make a big impact companywide and have a lot to be proud of. This tight-knit team handles a little bit of everything, including managing customer accounts, building strong carrier relationships, and tackling the daily demands of full-cycle freight operations.

One of the best parts about working in a smaller office? Everyone is right there when you need them. Information gets shared, questions get answered, and there's always someone willing to lend a hand. It's a busy, fast-paced environment, but these associates know how to work together.

Their hard work is paying off! The Fredonia team recently played an integral role in hitting one of ROAR’s highest quarterly goals for performance metrics, delivering a standout Q3 performance. They've even expanded into a bigger office space!

Ask the Fredonia crew what they love about working at ROAR, and it comes down to the people. Supportive leadership, teammates who have each other's backs, and a shared commitment to doing right by customers and carrier partners.

We're proud of this crew and everything they've accomplished. Keep up the great work, Fredonia!

The Pride has gone pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

It’s a cause that touches so many families, friends, and communities, including our own. We’re proud to stand together in their honor. 💗

We always say our mission is simple: Our Client Sleeps Tonight. And we mean it.

That means showing up, doing what’s right, and finding the transportation solutions our clients need, backed by dedicated associates, trusted carrier partners, and the right technology.

Cargo theft isn’t anything new for the transportation industry. How thieves are going about it, though, is continuously changing.

Carrier vetting cannot simply be a box we check. It has to remain top of mind throughout our operations. As the industry adapts, so do the people behind organized cargo theft.

The tactics are changing. Our approach has to change with them.

Another Invitational in the books!

Our 5th Annual ROAR Invitational brought together associates, friends, and family alike. Some came to win. Others were mostly there for the beverage cart and the bar afterward. Respect for both approaches.

Most importantly, we were able to support an amazing cause, the Wounded Warrior Project.

Thanks to everyone who joined us and made year five one to remember!

Early mornings, late nights, long days on the road, and countless hours behind the wheel. It takes a lot of dedication to do what truck drivers do every day, and that doesn’t go unnoticed around here.

To the drivers in our trusted carrier network and across the industry, we appreciate you.

Happy National Truckers Day!

This past weekend, our Houston office participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Katy, Texas, raising funds and awareness for a disease that impacts millions of individuals and families.

Our associates do an amazing job upholding our commitment to better our communities, and this is a great example. Support from associates across the entire ROAR network helped the team reach its fundraising goal and earn their walk day banner!

We’re so proud of our Houston Pride and everyone across ROAR who supported their efforts. 💜
