Last weekend our leadership team traded the office for a few days of planning, honest conversation, and a little axe throwing.
We spent the time working on Delta Paper’s next phase of growth and what it will take to get there. A big thank you to Emily Golden and Julie Ketover for leading us through it.
We had open, honest conversations about where we want to take the company and how we can keep improving as a team. Everyone came in ready to listen, share ideas, and look at new ways to build on what’s already working. We left with a detailed plan and a clear sense of ownership.
We also made time for some fun. Axe throwing turned out to be much harder than it looks (some of us need more practice), and the spa time afterward was well earned.
We’re proud of Jeff, Brett, Jordan, and Jon for the commitment they brought to the room and the ownership they’re taking now that we’re back. Excited for what’s ahead.
