Registry Partners

Registry Partners A national provider of data abstraction, registry management, and consulting services.

Registry Partners is a national provider of data abstraction, registry management, and consulting services. Founded in North Carolina in 2002, Registry Partners was created with a vision of reducing the cost of registry operations through remote registry support, providing hospital access to registry expertise outside of geographic barriers, and defining a delivery model to support the highest qua

lity data collection in the industry. Many years later, the company serves clients in 40 states and each year adds new registries to our service lines, becoming a single-source vendor for many of our clients seeking support for their chosen registries. We have assembled a team with the ability to support all sizes of hospital registries- from single abstractor sites to large teaching hospitals requiring 10+ registry professionals. Registry Partners’ consultants can complement your existing in-house staff or serve as a registry outsource partner, allowing facility staff to be reallocated back to direct patient care and concurrent abstraction. The success and growth of Registry Partners is the result of the passionate and dedicated clinical professionals that serve our clients year after year. We take great pride in continuing to support registries that contracted our services our first year in business in 2002. Our consultants share the achievements and challenges that our clients experience while constantly striving for cost-effective, innovative solutions to meet their unique needs. We focus everyday on our mission to improve the quality of our data collection processes, knowing that the data we process can ultimately impact the treatment and lives of patients within our communities and around the world.

Cancer research doesn’t rely solely on clinical trials. Hospitals and cancer programs contribute critical real-world data every day through oncology registries, helping researchers identify trends, evaluate treatment effectiveness, improve outcomes, and better understand long-term survivorship.

As cancer care becomes increasingly data-driven, the quality of registry data matters more than ever. Accurate, complete, and timely reporting supports:

• Research initiatives
• Quality improvement efforts
• Accreditation requirements
• Operational decision-making
• Better patient outcomes

Our latest blog explores how hospitals help drive cancer research through data integrity, skilled registry teams, and strong oncology reporting processes.

Is your registry team set up to succeed, or just getting by?

Strong registry programs aren’t built on process alone. They’re built on culture, support, and retention.

When teams feel supported, data quality improves, workflows become more efficient, and outcomes follow.
But many programs struggle with burnout, turnover, and inconsistent performance, without a clear plan to fix it.

That’s where culture becomes a strategy.
