We’re excited to welcome Olivia Michaud to the PCM Company team!

Olivia is a recent graduate of Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire, where she earned her degree in Marketing. For over two years, she worked at the Saint Anselm Meelia Center for Community Engagement as the head of social media, helping spread awareness of events and connecting the community with opportunities to get involved.

Our 30th anniversary weekend continued with a spectacular sunset cruise along the Hudson River. The views of the New York City skyline and Lady Liberty were unforgettable, but the true highlight of the entire weekend was celebrating our founders, Jan and Karen Sarnowski. As they set sail into a well-deserved retirement, we raised our glasses in gratitude for building the foundation of PCM Company’s success. Here’s to the legacy they’ve created and the bright future ahead!

As a small business owner, it’s important to listen and learn from other business leaders in your community. Attending events like the MaineBiz Small Business Forum is more than just a networking opportunity; it’s a chance to gain new perspectives.

The discussion on Scaling Smart was a great topic! Growth is important, but having the right plan in place to support your team, clients, and long-term vision is key.

Swish… I mean, home run… wait, touchdown? Clearly, golf isn’t our sport, but we had a blast out on the course supporting the ASPE Maine Chapter!

Our game may have been off, but the weather was perfect and the cause even better. This annual tournament helps fund scholarships for those entering the trades, a mission we’re proud to support at PCM Company.

Huge thanks to ASPE for hosting such a fantastic event and investing in the next generation of construction leaders!
