Simco Insurance & Wealth Management is looking for a Home & Auto Customer Service Representative to join our team in a hybrid role based in Canandaigua, NY.

This full-time position supports our Personal Lines clients through policy service, coverage questions, claims support, documentation, renewals, and day-to-day client communication.

Ideal candidates have:
- NYS Personal Lines license required
- 2+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience
- Strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset
- Experience with agency systems, carrier portals, and Microsoft Office

Compensation range: $45,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience.

New York employers with 15 to 29 employees that do not sponsor a qualified retirement plan must register or certify exemption by May 15, 2026.

The next deadline follows quickly for eligible employers in business for 2+ years:
July 15, 2026 for employers with 10 to 14 employees.
