What does it mean to truly be part of an industry—not just serve it?
When Tammy Lesch joined PlanITROI nearly 10 years ago, her background was in Human Resources and she was learning the ITAM industry from scratch. Through PlanITROI’s involvement as an IAITAM Provider Member, she found opportunities to learn from industry experts, have real conversations with ITAM professionals, and build relationships that helped accelerate her understanding of the business.
As her knowledge grew, so did her career—expanding from HR into Client Services, Operations, Growth, and ultimately her role today as Chief Strategy Officer.
Along the way, Tammy learned a lesson that continues to shape how she works: Listen before you solve.
Because the strongest relationships aren’t simply vendor/client relationships. They’re strategic partnerships built on shared knowledge, transparency, trust, and common goals.
