On behalf of our Women’s Resource Group, we would like to acknowledge and congratulate two of our colleagues, Medical Director Sydney DeAngelis, MD, FACEP, and Chief of Engagement and Talent Management Jayne Kendall, MD, MBA, FACEP, CDE, CPE. Dr. DeAngelis was recently named Chair of the American Association of Women Emergency Physicians (AAWEP), while Dr. Kendall, who serves as a Councilor for AAWEP, has played a significant role in shaping policy and advocacy for women in emergency medicine. We are grateful for both of their leadership and contributions to our practice, the specialty, and women in medicine. Congratulations, Dr. DeAngelis and Dr. Kendall!
