Today is , a global movement to stand with the millions of people living with Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's disease worldwide.

Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's disease are chronic conditions where many patients face relapsing inflammation, loss of treatment response, and in some cases irreversible bowel damage, despite approved existing therapies.

That's the gap we're working to close.

Palisade's lead program, PALI-2108, is a once-daily oral PDE4 inhibitor prodrug designed to be selectively bioactivated in the ileum and colon, initiating targeted PDE4 inhibition at sites of disease while enabling systemic distribution of the active drug. PALI-2108 is being developed for the potential treatment of Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's disease.
