There is a whole lot of work that goes into getting rebar ready before it ever reaches the jobsite.

From bending and fabricating each piece to assembling these massive reinforcement cages, every part of the process takes planning, precision, and a crew that knows what they are doing.

Seeing this much fabricated steel loaded up and ready to roll is a pretty good reminder of just how much goes into a concrete project before the first pour even happens.

When you see rebar mesh stacked up like this, you get a pretty good idea of just how much reinforcement goes into the concrete projects happening around us.

Every piece has a purpose, and having the right materials ready when crews need them is an important part of keeping construction moving. From fabrication and preparation to getting steel out to the jobsite, there is a lot happening behind the scenes before the concrete trucks ever show up.

These bends might look simple when they are stacked together, but every piece has to be fabricated to the right dimensions so it fits where it is supposed to when construction gets underway.
