✨Fridays are for focus and for fun!✨

It's been a while since I've shared with you my favorite go-to Productivity Hack, but here it is:

The simple phrase, OPA!, can jumpstart your key to success in your methods to start delegating NOW.

1. Organize! 📋

Write our your list of to-dos for the day, the week, the month, then the year.

2. Prioritize! 3️⃣

Choose 3 things that can be accomplished today. 3 things that can be done this week. 3 things that can be achieved this month. 3 goals for this year. Be realistic, don’t pick all time-consuming and daunting tasks. Spread out the load.

3. Assign! ☑️

Determine who or what can assist you in accomplishing the 12 tasks you have prioritized. Highlight 1-2 items from each list that could be done by an employee or co-worker and ask them to help you achieve your goals OR find a system that could do it for you (automation)!

Don't forget to thank administrators tomorrow, Wednesday, April 27th, in honor of Administrative Professionals Day!

❗️Dance Administrators are severely underappreciated and it is important to remember ALL that they do (or that YOU do) to keep a dance studio functioning smoothly❗️

Need some inspo 🤔to show just how much you appreciate them?

Here are 3 ways that I let my admins know I value their hard work:

1. 📝Write a card and include a small gift such as a coffee gift card (coffee is life in the administrative world ☕️)

2. 🍪Bring treats or a meal (food is a universal language and admins often are too busy to enjoy meals or snag a bite to eat in their hectic day)

3. 💐Flowers or an Edible Arrangement are another great way to brighten up their space (sensory gifts are a wonderful reminder that they are valued and it lasts for several days)

✨BONUS✨: take them to dinner or treat them to something special like a movie night or spa day! This is a great way to get to know them better outside of their work environment and show interest in their personal lives.
