A few highlights from our monthly Tenant Luncheon & Retirement Celebration for our tenant, Lars Hansen. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with great conversations, laughter, and appreciation as we celebrated Lars and all he's meant to our community. We're so grateful to everyone who joined us to make it such a special send-off. The food was delicious and as you can see in the picture, there was no left overs.

Wishing Lars all the best in this exciting new chapter--he will truly be missed!

For everyone who can’t wait for the Masters to come back again next year, I have the next best thing. It’s time for the Sites and Insights Fifth Annual Swing for Survivors Topgolf fundraiser.

I’ve been on the board of Sites and Insights since 2016. It is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to using therapeutic art to help cancer patients/survivors and their caregivers heal their emotional trauma in dealing with cancer. Our mission statement is - To provide a creative and unique way to transform lives using color, art and mindful healing programs for cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers to help process this life-changing experience.

We are hosting the fourth annual fundraiser at Topgolf in Centennial on Sunday, May 3, 2026, from noon to 3:00, and would love to have you join us. There are still spots available as well as sponsorship opportunities if you are so inclined. Please feel free to pass along this information to anyone you think might be interested in participating or becoming a sponsor, or even just donating.

Each player will receive 3 hours of TopGolf play, a Buffet, and a complimentary drink ticket (beer/wine/soda). There will also be a silent auction with golf related and other great items.
