On West Virginia Day, we’re celebrating the state we love and the people who make it special. At 3PS, our work takes us to every corner of West Virginia—from the Capitol to small-town main streets, from industry sites and college campuses to local businesses and community events. But beyond the work, West Virginia is where we raise our families, build relationships, and create lasting memories.

Shout out to our Director of Communications and Advocacy Whitney Wetzel for receiving the honor of Generation Next 40 under 40. We enjoyed a ceremony in Clarksburg, WV with other recipients.

Whitney is vital to our success and the success of our clients. Her professional touch and organization allows us to manage complex issues for our clients. She gives us the ability to communicate effectively.

Keeping up with the issues that matter to our clients means showing up wherever the conversation is happening.

This week, our government affairs team is attending the West Virginia Legislative Interim Meetings in Canaan Valley, staying connected to the policy developments that impact businesses, industries, and communities across the state.

Tonight’s reception at Blackwater Falls offered an opportunity to connect with lawmakers, stakeholders, and friends from across West Virginia while spending time with our families and enjoying one of the state’s most iconic views.

We believe strong public policy starts with strong relationships. That’s the West Virginia way, and it’s a big part of who we are at 3PS.

After taking a leap of faith to launch the company with his wife in 2015, Ben has grown 3PS from a one-person operation into a thriving business serving clients across a wide range of industries, all while remaining committed to faith, family and community service.

From the course to the finish line — what a day at the UC Marathon! 🏃‍♂️

We were proud to cheer on our very own extended 3PS family as Jordan Ferrell’s husband, Cody, hit the pavement and crushed the marathon — all while rocking his 3PS-sponsored race kit. 💪

It was great to see so many runners, supporters, and community partners come together in Charleston, and to connect with everyone who stopped by our 3PS + Vandalia Digital booth at Slack Plaza.

Big congratulations to Cody and all the runners who made it across that finish line — you inspire us! 👏
