Workshops are one of the most valuable parts of our annual conference, and Denver brought together an outstanding lineup of speakers and topics. Each session gave Members practical tools they could put to work right away, and the conversations that followed are what make Conference meaningful year after year.
This year, we explored:
• Brand Evolution
with Christina Reed, Director of Shows & Brand Experience at GE Appliances
A look at how today’s homeowners research, compare, and choose kitchen & bath products, and how brands can stay relevant as consumer habits continue to shift.
• HR Fundamentals
with Erin Momont & Molly Syal, Co-Founders of Rise & Co Talent
A practical breakdown of what every firm needs to hire well, set expectations, and build stronger teams in a fast-changing labor market.
• Practical AI for Showrooms
with Mike Evans, business strategist and keynote speaker
An industry-focused overview of the AI tools gaining traction in the kitchen & bath world, and how firms are already using them to streamline operations and improve client experience.
• Creating an Exceptional Client Experience
with Greg Rohl, Founder of The Rohl Model
An inside look at how affluent clients make decisions, how to communicate premium value, and how to guide homeowners to more confident “yes” decisions.
Thank you to all our speakers for contributing their expertise, and to our Members for bringing the conversations to life.
