Hosting a company presentation off-site in Charlotte? The layout matters as much as the tent.

For this corporate event on a private estate lawn in South Charlotte, a 20’x30’ frame tent was configured with 65 garden chairs in podium-facing rows, 2 mounted fans for airflow, and round tables set beyond the tent for the reception. The site’s only access was down a flight of stairs, and every piece was carried in and placed by our crew 🎤

Don't let a stone patio rule out a tent. It just changes how the setup is engineered.

Finished stone can't take stakes, so this 15'x30' high peak frame configuration was secured with ballast weights, joined with a rain gutter, and fitted with solid sidewalls between two structures. Café lighting runs the full interior. It was installed southeast of Charlotte, NC, with every anchor point planned around the surface ✨

An outdoor corporate event runs on more than shade. Airflow, guest seating, and perimeter control all have to be planned around the site before install day. For this research campus event, that meant two 20’x30’ high peak tents, 8 mounted fans, 16 cocktail tables, picnic seating, and 15 fence sections, all configured as one structured event setup 🏕️

A 40'x60' high-peak pole tent installed on an active jobsite west of Charlotte, NC, with seating for 125 under full shade: 16 round tables, 6 rectangle tables, and the anchoring configured for open dirt ground. A couple of our field builds from this stretch of setups.

One was a full sit-down layout for a crowd — tables, spacing, walkways, all planned before a single peg went in the ground. The other stretched over 100 feet with arched windows built into the sidewalls, the kind of structure that takes real coordination to get up clean.

Out in this heat, moving section by section, staying locked in until the job is done right. This is the part nobody sees when they show up to a finished event. It’s hard work, it’s hot work, and these guys show up and get it done every single time.
