Three tents. One site. Zero room for error.

This week our crew built a full corporate event infrastructure at a manufacturing facility in Charlotte a check-in tent, a 40’x75’ gable end ceremony tent, and a 40’x100’ tent for guest overflow. Staging, AV, generators, and full climate control ducting, all coordinated to run as one system.

This is what corporate event tent setups look like when the event can’t fail — structured, engineered, and built around the client’s site and timeline.

Here's what happens between "yes" and the tent going up.

Site gets assessed for surface type, layout, and anchoring method.

This commercial install called for a 40x80 hip end tent as the main structure, plus a 20x20 high peak tent added for additional coverage - both concrete block anchored on a paved lot, zero surface pe*******on. The original plan was two 30x50 gable tents; it shifted mid-week to the hip end structure instead, and the install still landed on schedule.

Five tents. One continuous space.

This wasn’t a single large tent - it was five 10x10 high peaks connected in a row, rain gutters linking each peak, to create one uninterrupted 10’x50’ covered run for a backyard event near Concord, NC. String lighting down the full length, fans mounted for airflow, seating and tables sized to fit the space exactly. When one big tent won’t work with the terrain, modular is the setup.

A 40x100 gable frame — enough covered space for 30 tables — doesn’t get placed by guesswork.
