This project came with challenging terrain, but our crew worked through the conditions to get the job done right. Along with the septic system installation, we cut, graded, and prepped the new driveway for concrete.

Gutter Drain Installation in Ooltewah, TN!

We removed the existing 5’ x 5’ sidewalk section that had been settling due to standing water and poor soil conditions underneath.

Additionally, we installed 120 feet of PVC gutter drainage, backfilled the pipe with stone, and replaced the unsuitable material beneath the sidewalk with fresh gravel to provide a solid base.

With the help of D&D Legacy Contractors LLC we have a new 5’ x 5’ sidewalk section and reset the custom stair on top.

Another drainage issue corrected and built back the right way!

Truly grateful for the opportunity to help turn another family’s dream property into a reality.

A lot of long days—and even a few nights—went into bringing this site together:

• 3 acres cleared
• 1,300 ft of new road built
• (2) 50x50 building pads
• (1) 40x45 building pad
• 1,300 ft of drainage ditches
• (2) 30 ft culverts installed
• (1) 40 ft entrance culvert installed
• 96 loads of fill brought in
• 13 loads of base rock—with crush & run coming next for the final road surface

Amazing work by the team and the help of Summers-Taylor, Inc for getting us
62 loads of dirt in two days to raise this
work shop pad to grade and to build the road to the next house site.
Few more loads coming tomorrow to finish off the house pad.
