We celebrate today, and every day, for the right to love each other out loud. This simple freedom, which was denied to many before us, is something we hold with so much reverence. It’s not just a date on the calendar; it’s the legal foundation that allows our family to exist. We honor the Lovings' courageous 9-year fight that changed the course of history and paved the way for us. 💕💍

We decided to celebrate a day early this year by sneaking away for a kids-free lunch date yesterday! 🤫 We had an amazing time at Fogo de Chão, enjoying some grown-up conversation, delicious food, and just being us. A rare and beautiful treat! 🥰

As an in*******al family, we are a living testament to the victory of love. Our Blasian family is a beautiful blend of cultures, and we are so proud of the unique mosaic that makes us US. Every laugh, every moment, every “Raisin' Blasian" kid is a celebration of the freedom that started with one brave couple. 🩵🩷

Cue the tears! 😭 Wait, when did our little boy get so big?!

This past Thursday marked a massive milestone for Charles—his official last day of Junior Kindergarten! 🎓✨ We are still processing it! Watching him grow, learn, and discover so much this past year has been the greatest blessing. We’ve prayed daily over his steps, his friendships, and his little mind, and God has truly watched over him every step of the way.

Proverbs 22:6 says, "Train up a child in the way he should go," and we are just so incredibly honored that God chose us to guide this sweet, brilliant boy.

Five years ago today, our lives changed forever. Charles, you are the child who made us parents. You were our "first"—our first time holding a miracle, our first sleepless night, and our first time understanding a love that truly knows no bounds. 🩵

Watching you grow into the handsome, intelligent, kind, curious, and energetic boy you are today has been the greatest honor of our lives. We see so much of our heritage and our hearts in you. You are truly a testament to God’s faithfulness and the beautiful way He weaves our lives together.✨

Better late than never, right? 😅🕰️ We are officially operating on "parents of two little ones" time over here, so please excuse the week-long delay, but... He Is Risen! 🙏🏾✨

We had the most beautiful Easter weekend, even if it took me until now to finally sort through the camera roll. Sunday was pure magic (and chaos) watching the kids tear through the house and the grass on their Easter egg hunts. There’s nothing quite like the determination of a toddler and a JK-er on a mission for chocolate! 🍫🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♀️

But the kickoff to the weekend might have been our favorite part. On Saturday, we took the crew—along with the kids' godfather—back to Rowshaun’s old stomping grounds. Hanging out on the Lawn at UVA, soaking up the spring weather, and showing the little ones where it all started was a full-circle moment I won’t forget anytime soon. 🏛️💙🧡

Today, we are celebrating the incredible woman who does it all with such grace. Your hard work and dedication to everything you touch inspire us every single day—you pour so much of yourself into our family and our goals, and we never take that for granted.

But even more than what you do, it’s who you are that we cherish most. Your kindness is a gift to everyone who knows you, and the warmth you bring into our home makes every day brighter. You truly are the heart of our family, and we are so lucky to walk through life by your side. We love you! 💖🥂

They told us we were crazy to drive… they were wrong! 🚗💨

When we told people we were road-tripping to Florida for Mid-Winter Break, the advice was: "Don’t do it!" But honestly? It was the best decision we could’ve made for our crew.

Yes, we stopped every 2.5 hours to let the kids stretch and burn off energy, but those pit stops became some of our favorite memories. We broke up the trek with a stay at the stunning Thompson Hotels in Savannah, GA—the perfect way to start the trip in style! 🥂

Once we hit Kissimmee, it was non-stop magic: 4 days of pure bliss at Margaritaville Resort Orlando!✨ Hearing the kids say these were the "best days of their lives" made every mile worth it. Conquering the epic rides at LEGOLAND Florida 🎢. Fueling up with a legendary lunch at Ford's Garage 🍔. Meeting the locals at the Tampa Electric Manatee Viewing Center in Apollo Beach 🌊, followed by a gorgeous lunch at Circles Waterfront Restaurant 🏝️. A mandatory stop at Dinosaur World, Florida 🦖 because Charles is our resident dino-expert (those life-size sculptures are insane!).

To make the journey home just as sweet, we rested our heads at Hotel Florence in Florence, SC 🛏️ .

We’re coming home feeling so incredibly blessed. Life is short, the kids are growing fast, and these lifelong memories are everything. 🩷💙

And the Oscar for Best Actor goes to… Papa! 🏆🎅🏾🤫

The highlight of our entire year happened on Christmas Eve. Papa suited up for our favorite annual tradition—a surprise visit from Santa before the kids went to bed.

We held our breath the entire time, terrified they’d recognize his voice or realize he was missing from the room. The magic held strong… for the most part! ✨ Charles is getting observant, though; he did ask why Papa sounded so much like Santa and why Papa always seems to be in the bathroom when Santa arrives. 🙊🕵🏽‍♂️ We managed to dodge the questions for one more year!

The rest of the holiday was just as special. From leaving out the milk and cookies to the pure explosion of joy on Christmas morning, our hearts are so full. We capped it all off with a beautiful walk under the lights at the Dominion Energy GardenFest of Lights to burn off some of that holiday energy. 🌿✨

This season was absolute perfection. These are the core memories I know we’ll look back on forever. ❤️
