Dear doctor & team,

January 2026 is fast approaching. What that means for the insurance verification industry is that everything often comes to a grinding halt. The insurance phone hold times go into hours, the portals become very slow or crash out, and plan benefits reset.

This all makes for a very challenging January and February each year. While we make full attempts to get verifications done on time, the above constraints often cause big backlogs. Two years ago, this was the reason that we introduced the 'Dedicated Agent' (DA) program that has been exceedingly successful!

Our genuine recommendation at the moment is:

✅ If you are already a dedicated agent client, add another 0.5 agent from December through February as those are the busiest months for verifications

✅ If you are not yet a dedicated agent client, we strongly recommend you review the program on our website at Verrific Homepage and select 'pricing' from the main menu. I am also attaching the screenshot showing the pricing. There is no contract for a DA as well and we go month to month with a 30 day notice to terminate anytime.

We believe that come January we will get a lot of requests for DAs that we will not be able to meet which is why we are planning for, and offering now. We have trained a certain number of DAs that we are reserving for the December-February rush that we will allocate on a first come first serve basis.
