A Toast to Fathers
Today we raise a glass
to the fathers who show up quietly,

and give more than they ask for.
To the hands that built, fixed, guided,
held steady, and let go when it was time.
To the wisdom spoken in simple words,
and the love shown through ordinary days.
May this Father’s Day bring rest,
