Summer is flying by and somehow it has been ages since I shared any links to the weddings that have hit my blog! I love creating blog posts for each and every wedding I do and I used to be much better at sharing the links on this app immediately! But alas 😂🤪..

Sooo I thought it would be fun to share the 7 weddings I’ve blogged in the last two months (3 Aurora and 4 Vespera) all at once! I love seeing how uniquely beautiful each wedding is when I curate them like this. 😍

Madeleine & Cade's elegant downtown Pittsburgh wedding just hit my blog!

Despite it being a VERY rainy day, God cleared up the skies for the exact time we were supposed to take photos outside St. Paul's Cathedral (it literally began raining again as I loaded my car up to head to their reception at the Edgeworth Club!)

The mountains and wildflowers of Utah were wonderful medicine for the soul.

At some point (probably not until the winter), I’ll get to editing the rest of my photos from this trip and sharing more about the wonderful experience I had at BreAnne | Utah Photographer & Educator ‘s “The Way Back Home” photography retreat.

But for now, I’ll share this little taste of this beautiful western state.

(Which also happens to be my 40th state. Now I guess I have to make it a goal to make it to the last 10 😂😍).

Cahara & Aidan’s June wedding in the mountains of Georgia was a summer garden party dream and an absolute delight to be a part of! These two share such a beautiful love story, and you can see just how much they adore one another in every glance they exchange.

Their colorful, vibrant garden party theme carried seamlessly throughout the day from their colorful florals and outdoor hilltop ceremony from the blue and pink floral tablecloths to the greenery and rose-lined staircase, to the little butterflies waiting on every table, every detail was perfect.

Since I’m currently editing summer engagement sessions, it felt fitting to share a few favorites from Carolyn and Frankie’s from a few years ago. These are still some of favorites because they choose to just be 100% them and go very casual for the second half of their lakeside session which gives them such a beautiful authenticity.

These feel like young summer love in the best possible way. 😍

Ten photos that feel like they could be renaissance paintings from Maggie & George’s wedding last Saturday. ❤️🥹

It was such a joy to photograph a wedding in the newly renovated Christ the King Chapel at Franciscan University! I’ll have to share a post comparing wedding photos from weddings before it was renovated and now because it’s such a massive transformation!

I’ve had photos like these saved to Pinterest for the longest time and it was such a joy to get to document this sweet family in their home at the very beginning of their transition from 2 to 3.

While 90% of my work is weddings, I will never say no to a newborn or family session, especially when it’s a documentary in-home style session like this one with the sweetest squishy newborn. 😍

Don’t ever be afraid to bring your kids to Mass, even a slightly longer than normal one like a Nuptial Mass.

There’s something about the innocence of little ones in a church that is so so beautiful - even in the chaos or funny moments that sometimes occurs.

These are the shots that aren’t on the shot list and yet are some of my favorites to capture during a Catholic wedding and if you have kids at your wedding, you can 100% expect to see these in your gallery too.

(And this might have to be a multiple part series because it was so hard to choose just 10 of these photos. 😂😍)
