✨ AUGUST EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: ERICA ✨

We are so excited to recognize Erica, our Behavior Specialist, as Pathways’ August Employee of the Month!

Erica joined our team in March and truly hit the ground running. She came to Pathways with years of experience working with children with disabilities and teaching regulation skills, and it did not take long for her to start making a meaningful difference in the lives of our kids.

Erica is the kind of person who is all in. She plays, teaches, helps our kids regulate, celebrates their wins, and takes the time to build genuine relationships with them. The relationships she has built with our kids in such a short amount of time speak for themselves.

She is also an incredible support to our staff. Erica is hardworking, dependable, fun, and always willing to jump in wherever she is needed. If a staff member needs help or that walkie goes off asking for support, Erica is running. She makes sure our kids are supported, our staff are supported, and no one feels like they are handling a difficult moment alone.

Being a Behavior Specialist means showing up during some of the hardest moments, but it also means being there for some of the best ones. Erica brings patience, compassion, humor, consistency, and a whole lot of heart to both.

In just a few months, Erica has become such an important part of Pathways. Her dedication to our kids and our team does not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly lucky to have her.

Two years of progress in one video. 💙

In the first clip, he needed prompting & hands-on assistance to make snips with scissors. Two years later, he’s independently cutting out a shape.

Progress doesn’t always happen overnight. It happens through practice, consistency, support & a whole lot of hard work. Our client put in that work!!

These are the moments that remind us just how far our kids can go. We are SO proud of him! 💚

🌟 July Employee of the Month: Logann 🌟

Congratulations to our July Employee of the Month, Logann!

Logann first came to Pathways as an intern and decided to come back after graduation to start her career with us as a BCBA Candidate. We couldn’t be happier she did.

She is one of the most dependable people on our team. She has a calm presence, connects so naturally with our kids, and is always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed. Whether she’s helping a client through a tough moment or supporting a coworker, she does it with patience and kindness.

Thank you, Logann, for everything you do for our clients, families, and team. We’re so lucky to have you at Pathways, and we can’t wait to see all you’ll accomplish as you continue your BCBA journey.

🌟 June Employee of the Month: Rylee Bouillion🌟

Rylee is our Clinical Director, BCBA, and licensed Intervention Specialist. She wears many hats and somehow still finds the time to put gloves on her feet and dance around the clinic to make a child’s day a little brighter.

Since day one, Rylee has helped shape Pathways into what it is today, bringing leadership, compassion, and clinical expertise to our staff, clients, and families. She puts children first, always, and her dedication to their success is evident in everything she does.

Rylee leads our team with empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to supporting both staff and families. Whether she’s collaborating with schools, developing programs, supporting a difficult case, or celebrating a client’s milestone, she approaches every challenge with heart and determination.

Her commitment to growth doesn’t stop at Pathways. Whether supporting clients, mentoring staff, serving on the board of multiple nonprofits, or continuing her education through a Ph.D. program in Special Education Leadership & Advocacy, Rylee is always looking for ways to better serve the children and families who trust us with their care.

As we wrap up another amazing school year at Pathways Behavioral Health, our kids have been LOVING every minute of it!! 🦋

This spring, our classrooms got to watch caterpillars transform into butterflies, and today they finally released them! The students absolutely loved watching the entire transformation process… and honestly, the butterflies didn’t seem to want to leave us either! 💛

The 2025–2026 school year has been such a great one, and we’re already gearing up for our summer sessions beginning June 1st!

We hope everyone has an amazing summer filled with fun, memories, and sunshine ☀️ We’ll be over at Pathways learning, growing, and playing all summer long!
