Our mission is make the Uptown Circleville historic district an attractive and vibrant community.

OUR MISSION
To make Uptown Circleville a vibrant destination which promotes growth and inspires activity within our historic district. Our plan is to continue to partner with Heritage Ohio and pursue a Main Street Ohio program. The Ohio Main Street Program, administered by Heritage Ohio, works with communities across the state to revitalize their historic or traditional commercial areas. Our organ

ization here in Circleville is operated as a non-profit 501-3c organization by volunteers who LOVE this town. Our goals include improving all aspects of the historic downtown and central business district, commonly known as Uptown Circleville. We hope to produce both tangible and intangible benefits by improving economic management, strengthening public participation, honoring historic preservation and beautification, and making downtown a fun place to visit. This mission takes heart, and will require community support to succeed. We envision an attractive and vibrant community with diverse activities, stores and restaurants that inspire people to invest, work, live and play in the City of Circleville.
