Today was truly one for the books! 🏠🎉✔️

I’m incredibly grateful for every client who places their trust in me to help them navigate one of the biggest purchases of their lives.

Today, I had the privilege of sitting at the closing table with my VA buyers after successfully negotiating over $21,000 in concessions on their behalf — something the owner of Governor’s Title shared she rarely sees negotiated for a resale home.

We were able to have every dollar of their anticipated costs covered, and they even walked away from closing with a check in hand. In other words, the sellers’ contributions ultimately allowed my buyers to move into their new home with money back in their pockets. ✔️

This is exactly why having an experienced advocate in your corner matters. It’s not just about finding a house — it’s about negotiating, protecting your interests, and helping you get the best possible outcome.

My VA buyer and his wonderful family are officially one step closer to getting the keys to their new home! 🔑🏡

This one is especially exciting because this home is going to allow their family to all live together under one roof while enjoying all of the incredible amenities this home has to offer. ❤️

I am SO incredibly excited for them and absolutely cannot wait to see them begin this next chapter of their lives together!

Clear to Close 🎉

After almost four months of waiting, we finally received the CLEAR TO CLOSE! 🏡✨

This one has been a long road. We were working against the clock to get the bank to accept our offer and stop a short sale from going into foreclosure, and there were plenty of moments when patience was definitely required.😅

I’m incredibly grateful for clients who trusted me, stayed patient, and were willing to stick with it for the long run. I’m also thankful for a fantastic listing agent who kept communication strong and stayed on top of the bank every step of the way, and for an incredible Lender, Michael Dean Church who got us the Clear to Close within 48 hours of receiving the bank’s acceptance.✅✅✅

We toured six homes, but by the time we made it to the last, we circled back to the first one because my clients already knew it was the one. 🏡💙

After a great conversation with the listing agent, having clear communication on both sides, and putting together a strong offer, we were officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🙌

That's 2 accepted offers in 1 week that was Accepted in under 3 hours✅🏡💚

That just goes to show how important it is to have the right people in your corner. Real estate isn't just about writing offers—it's about communication, relationships, strategy, and having an agent who's willing to go to bat for you every step of the way😉

✨ Another win worth celebrating! ✨

I honestly wasn't expecting today to end the way it did.

After our team meeting this morning, I was surprised with a gift for reaching a milestone at my new brokerage. It completely caught me off guard, and it meant more than I can put into words.

Sometimes the greatest reward isn't the gift itself—it's knowing that your hard work is seen and appreciated.

Yesterday was all about making memories with my family... but when my clients needed me, we took a quick break from the fun to write an offer! ❤️
