Question: can you please recommend any us bank with international mortgage loans?

Answer: I wouldn't recommend using the US bank, I would recommend you the local bank country that you are investing. Also, I found that it is easier to qualify for an int'l loan than a us loan ...... go figure

Hey guys, John the traveling investor is here. Now today I'm on site here in Iceland's that's not so I can brag to tell you about the places that I'm going, or they have the ability to go to, but it's to let you know that I collected rent today, and I can do that from anywhere in the world. But that's not what I want to talk about today. Today I want to talk about leverage. Now gallon of water doesn't have too much power in itself. But when you can leverage that with other gallons of water, it's amazing how powerful can be joy out there and be powerful today and find your other gallons of water.
