🎂 What a day.

Today, YL-37 celebrated her 65th birthday surrounded by veterans, families, supporters, and friends at Council Bluffs Municipal Airport. Our family even brought a birthday cake to celebrate this remarkable milestone.

Sixty-five years ago, this helicopter began a journey that would take her from Vietnam combat missions with HMM-362 “Ugly Angels” to becoming a living memorial that continues to educate, inspire, and connect people across America.

As we wrap up her birthday celebration, we’re making one final push for our 65 for 65 Campaign.

We’re looking for a few more supporters willing to give $65 in honor of YL-37’s 65th birthday.
