At ASD Life Coaches, we specialize in helping autistic adults build real-world skills — things like communication, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy — so they can thrive at home, at work, and in relationships. In terms of Adults on the Spectrum, I work to get them organized, motivated, socialized, and out into the community. I assist in the successful navigation of social, employment, and ro

mantic relationships. For parents of children and adults on the Autism Spectrum, my job is to assure them that they are on the right track, steer them in the right direction when dealing with their children, and also helping them remain healthy by establishing and maintaining their own identity separate from their children. Spouses of adults on the Autism Spectrum often need guidance and support in dealing with the emotional challenges and lack of adequate emotional reciprocity by their partners. I am also skilled at bridging the communication gap between spouses in autistic relationships. Adults on the Autism Spectrum have needs and requirements that many professionals are unfamiliar with at this time. Parenting for Independence is a live program for parents of neurodivergent emerging adults. It focuses on all the things parents can do to help their emerging adult improve their self-sufficiency.
