479 claims closed to wrap up Q3, up 47% from last September. And for the first time in HSP history, appliance claims beat plumbing. The top three: HVAC, appliances, plumbing, in that order.

The wildest call of the month? A garbage disposal claim from a homeowner who, as it turns out, does not have a garbage disposal. We checked. Twice.
