This week, we hosted our annual Heard! event, a day dedicated to elevating women in restaurant and hospitality leadership. Under the leadership of our co-chairs Laurie Torres (Mallorca Cleveland) and Kathleen Day (Katalina's), we challenged attendees to embrace authenticity, strengthen their professional networks and lead with confidence.
