What happens when a mom refuses to choose between her family and her dreams? She builds a coffee business. βοΈβ¨
After 13 years in dentistry, Jayla Banks launched Three33 Coffee Bar, a mobile coffee experience serving handcrafted espresso drinks, matcha, mocktails, and specialty beverages at workplaces, weddings, markets, and events throughout Cleveland and Northeast Ohio.
What started as a desire to create a better future for her family has quickly grown into a thriving business, with appearances at local markets, community events, bridal expos, and partnerships across the region.
With support from WBC Cleveland, Jayla secured funding for key equipment, completed a six-week business bootcamp, and officially launched Three33 earlier this year.
Now, she's proving that success doesn't have to come at the expense of the life you want to create.
π¬ "There is always more than one way to reach your goal. Stay focused on the vision, remain flexible in the journey, and don't let one closed door convince you that you've reached the end."
This Black Business Month, we're proud to celebrate entrepreneurs like Jayla who are creating opportunities, building wealth, and inspiring the next generation through business ownership. π€
