Remember that “Offer Submitted” post? Well… that offer is officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🙌🏾🔑

This one is a reminder that sometimes you have to ask for what you want, be willing to negotiate, and stay persistent. The first answer isn’t always the final answer.

🏡UNDER CONTRACT in Berwick, Ohio! 🎉

This one started from hundreds of miles away.

My sellers reached out to me from California because they needed an experienced Ohio Realtor they could trust to help them sell their property in Berwick.

The home needed some work, and because my clients were out of state, they needed more than someone to simply put the property on the market. They needed someone local who could evaluate the property, help determine how to position it, communicate what was happening on the ground, and guide the transaction on their behalf.

We worked together to determine what made sense for the property, marketed it accordingly, evaluated our options, and ultimately secured a cash buyer purchasing the property as-is.

Now, we’re officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🔑

Every seller’s situation is different. Some homes are beautifully updated and move-in ready. Others need repairs, have deferred maintenance, are inherited, or belong to owners who live in another state. There is still a strategy for getting them sold.
