Fortuity is growing, and we’re looking for an HR Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience who enjoys hands-on HR work and wants to keep building toward an HR Generalist role.

You’ll support day-to-day HR operations for our Columbus-based contact center, including employee support, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits and leave administration, and compliance. This is a great role for someone who’s detail-oriented, people-focused, and ready to grow under strong HR leadership.

Due to the Level 3 Snow Emergency in Franklin County we are planning to open at 11 AM. We will reassess this at 10AM. If Franklin County is still a Level 3 at 10 AM then we will be closed for the day. Employees please plan on reporting to work at 11 AM (or later depending on your assigned shift) unless the Level 3 is still in effect in Franklin County. Check back here at 10 AM for an update.
