Another successful Principles of Lean Manufacturing class in the books.

A special thank you to Josh for leading the training and to John for stepping in to help facilitate the class. It’s a great example of teamwork, adaptability, and stepping up when needed.

One of our favorite things about this training is watching participants experience those “aha” moments as they work through real-world challenges together. Lean concepts become much more powerful when you can see them in action.

It was a pleasure joining the U.S. Small Business Administration and Associate Administrator for the Office of Entrepreneurial Development, Paul Fitzpatrick, for a tour of PRO CUT CNC’s impressive facility in Hooksett.
