19 years ago today, at 1800 hours, USMC Lance Corporal Alberto Garcia from Corpus Christi, TX. was part of a unit in Al Anbar Province ,Rawah, Iraq. 4 of those Marines were killed by a su***de bomber. Garcia survived the attack, was later promoted to Sergeant, and became a close friend and co-worker of mine. Each and every one of you should thank him and the other Marines , Sailors, Airmen & Soldiers, for putting their lives on the line, while the rest of us sit back here in the USA and drink, eat and have fun.

Maybe you don't recognize the name Alberto Garcia. You may know him better as Man Hold Up.

Marines will tell him to carry on and Semper Fi. The rest you should thank him immensely.
