Laziest Gal Around was in training and was showing the promise of what could have been a winning show career. Unfortunately she was injured. Her bad luck was our good luck and she is now in our broodmare band. As we have done for years, we still raise most all of our own broodmares!
She is a full sibling to the dam of the now very famous Battarang!

CONGRATULATIONS to Amy Dosler Ellis from Independence Wisconsin on her purchase of the outstanding broodmare SO GOOD AM I.
SO GOOD AM I, 2009 Red Roan mare by Hall Of Fame Stallion Zippos Mr Good Bar x Special T Chip by Hall Of Fame Stallion Zips Chocolate Chip x Specially Ironed (Full sibling to Hall of Fame Stallion Natural Iron). Special T Chip is a 100% Pleasure Horse Producer. From three of her offspring to go to the show pen all three have earned points in Western Pleasure!
So Good Am I is a full sibling to the outstanding Pleasure Horse Good Bars R Special! This great gelding is a consistent winner in both the Pleasure and the Trail. He has earned 110 Points in Amateur Western Pleasure as well as 77 Open Western Pleasure Points! While doing all that he showed his versatility by also accumulating 63 1/2 Open Trail Points! It is not unusual for him to be Circuit Champion in both of these events!
So Good Am I was the last two year old that Stan broke to ride. She was another one of his very Special Riding Horses with that Very Special Mind that I finally talked him into breeding.
She had her first foal in 2020 by Winnies W***y! He is everything we hoped for! So much talent plus conformation and class all in one pretty package! He went to his first AQHA show in 2023. He won the Amateur Western Pleasure and the Nov Amateur Western Pleasure and was 3rd in the Jr Western Pleasure!
Her second foal in 2021 was a filly by Heart Stoppin! She did not disappoint us because that filly was not only beautiful but moved just as her breeding said she should.
So Good Am I had a beautiful Liver Chestnut filly by Hay Good Lookin last year and we could not be more proud!
We are very excited to see what the future holds for Amy and SO GOOD AM I.
She will have a foal in 2024 by Lazy Loper!
