True origins.

Every cup of coffee on earth traces back to Ethiopia, the birthplace of Arabica. From the highlands of Sidamo, where heirloom coffee has grown for centuries at elevations reaching 2,200 meters, comes one of the most storied coffees in the world.

Our Ethiopia is a single origin, Grade A Arabica, USDA certified organic, grown by smallholder farmers and roasted by us in small batches, medium dark, here in Miami. It carries the deep, rich character Sidamo is known for, with the smooth, low acidity finish we insist on in every roast.

This is where coffee began. Taste it the way it was meant to be.

Proud to stand with Ci**rs and Baseball.

Ci**rs and Baseball in St. Paul, Minnesota brings people together at CHS Field for a great night and an even greater cause. All proceeds benefit Minnesota Miracle Leagues, helping children with disabilities get on the field and enjoy baseball.

Kafie 1901 Coffee is proud to be a partner in that mission. Our Honduras Espresso Roast was right there at the ballpark, and we are grateful to everyone who shows up, gives, and keeps this cause going.

In the mountains of Marcala, coffee is not a crop. It is an inheritance.

Commercial cultivation here reaches back to the 1850s, and generation after generation, families have worked these slopes the same way: by hand, cherry by cherry, only the ripe ones taken. This is the same region where Vivian's great-grandfather sourced coffee, four generations ago.

Our coffee is 100% arabica from small family farms, grown the all natural way, USDA certified organic and Fair Trade.
