What it means to create blends, brands, and ci**rs with the most historic premium cigar manufacturer in the Dominican Republic is something I do not take lightly.

As a doctor, and as a man who values higher education, I deeply appreciate the team, the factory, and the cultural institution that La Aurora represents. It is the heart and soul of the Dominican Republic. Its founders are native to the land, its heirs are true to the soil, and no family I know carries a deeper understanding of the culture, and of the responsibility of what it means to be Dominican. Everything within their reach, they elevate: the country, the land, the people, the culture. They have built a factory I am honored and proud to work with. May God continue to bless each and every one of them.

When I left Honduras in 2021, it was because we were having difficulty sourcing quality to***co. The lifeblood of a cigar company is its to***co. In 13 years in this industry, I have learned what it takes to thrive and survive: patience, good people, good process, good land, and good raw materials.

At La Aurora, my creativity can run wild, building brands that are registered trademarks and protecting them for longevity.

Tonight, October 26th, we celebrate four years of our monthly events at Churchill Lounge in Accra: 48 months, 48 events, one family. Alongside our partners Imexco and BCW Ghana, we are proud to mark this milestone with the community that made it possible. We are truly proud of their success, and grateful to stand beside them.
