In partnership with Meridian Community College, we are thrilled to launch Mississippi's first MEI Data Center Pathway Program.

This program was built for new-collar workers: the skilled technicians this industry needs who don't need a four-year degree to get there. 14 weeks. No experience required. Compass provided, full-tuition scholarships for the first cohort. In Texas, where the program started, graduates are in roles paying 30 to 50 percent above local median salaries.
These aren't just jobs. They're generational careers in an industry that isn't going anywhere, and the people of Meridian should benefit from the growth happening in their backyard.

The construction industry doesn't often celebrate supervisors for saying "here's what I could have done better."

Compass does.

This month, we launched Frontliners at our Phoenix campus with Sundt Construction, Inc.: a program built on the conviction that safety culture doesn't improve through compliance alone. It improves when frontline supervisors feel safe enough to ask the hard questions out loud.

Questions like: What could I have done differently last week? What can I do to better support my crew's mental health? What can I do to eliminate error?

As Compass SVP of Safety Rachel Neal put it: "Can you imagine a climate in the construction industry where frontline supervision is celebrated for talking openly about their vulnerabilities and things they could do differently to create a safer work site?"

Ask what we're building, and the easy answer is data centers.

The real answer is in our 2026 Outcomes Report. Communities that grow alongside every campus. Careers built to last. Infrastructure designed for 100 years. In Red Oak, Texas, for example, every job on our campus supports three and a half more in the surrounding community.

We're privately held, so no one requires us to publish this. We do it anyway, because as a Class A, community-first developer, we believe the people and places we build alongside deserve to know how we're doing.
